Purchases are final. Coins are non-refundable, have no cash value and can only be used for play.
When something goes wrong
If you were charged and the coins did not arrive, contact Support with your receipt. We will grant the missing coins or reverse the charge.
Refunds required by your local consumer law are always honoured.
